Changed design on the registration page. The number of steps during registration has been changed from 3 steps to 4 steps.

        step 1  - Information about the company

        Step 2 - information about the Vehicle

        Step 3 - Uploading documents

        Step 4 - check out and signing of the contract

Added the feature of transferring a unit from another company using the owner's phone number.

If the owner exists in another company, the system will offer to copy the owner information with all units information and documents.

        If the client restores the company, the system will require SMS authorization

        If the company is restored by HR-portal users, the system will not require SMS authorization

Numbers cannot start with '+11...' (Added double tap '1' protection)
